Interactive Knowledge Base

This feature allows you to use a search engine to find solutions to problems your cPanel users may have.

To use this feature:

1. Enter the problem you are having into the Enter Issue field. You should use a full sentence to describe the issue.
2. Enter the domain you are trying to fix into the Affected Domain field. This is an optional field.
3. Click Search for Answer.

The following page will show you a list of problems related to the information you entered into the Enter Issue field on the previous page.

• Click the link corresponding to your issue under Resolution. WHM will then attempt to fix the issue.
