Mail Troubleshooter

This feature will access a mail routing tracer.

In effect, WHM will trace an email’s route from your server to a specified address in order to point out any problem steps along the path. This feature can be useful if you need to reconfigure any part of your mail system, as it will immediately point out where there is an issue.

To trace a mail route:

1. Enter the email address you would like to trace into the Email to trace field.
2. Click Submit.
   • A list of steps will appear on the following screen. You should refer to the legend at the bottom of the screen for information about each box’s contents.
