Apache Version

This part of WHM allows you to select which version of Apache you would like to use in this profile.

By default, you are offered 3 versions. They are:

• Apache 1.3 — Offers the greatest stability. This option should be used if you plan to use PHP 4.
• Apache 2.0 — Allows every part of Apache to be compiled as an individual module. This version is not recommended for PHP 4.
• Apache 2.2 — This version of Apache offers a number of improvements over 2.0 while maintaining Apache’s modular assembly. This version is also not recommended if you plan to use PHP 4.

To select the version of Apache you would like to use:

1. Click the button next to the version of Apache you would like to use for this profile.
2. Click Next Step.
