Documentation
My question does not have a FAQ entry, what should I do?
You can submit a new FAQ entry requesting that we answer your question or if you need immeadiate assitance, conact your web host for support. If you are a direct license holder or cPanel partner, you can fill out a support request with us.
How can I get a manual for using cPanel that's NOT online?
You can have someone download a copy of the PDF documentation for you. It is available at
http://www.cpanel.net/docs/pdf/cpanel/
Can I copy parts of the cPanel documentation from the cPanel site and use it on my site to help my clients?
You may copy parts of the CPanel documentation for use on your site as long as the following requisites are met:
1) Credit the docs as cPanel docs.
2) No changes are to be made to the content of the docs.
3) You have a current licence with cPanel.
Is there any documentation for [insert your feature here]?
If you do not see documentation
here, then chances are the feature you are looking for help on is new in that version of Cpanel. Documentation is released for each major version of Cpanel for all features in that release. Until the major version(3,4,5,6,...) is finished documentation can not be written since it would be incomplete.
