Branding Editor
This document explains the options available for branding your Enkompass WSO interface.
At the top of the page, 2 options appear:
- Create/Delete Branding: This button lets you:
- Duplicate a style (also called a theme) so that you may edit it.
- Delete a style.
- Upload/Download Branding: This button lets you:
- Upload a new style you have created.
- Download a style to your local computer for editing.
Duplicate a branding style
This feature will duplicate the selected style so that you may download or edit it without damaging the original. First, click
Create/Delete Branding on the main
Branding Editor page. Next, you will be able to select a theme to duplicate, and name the duplicate theme.
To edit the duplicate theme, click
Go Back. You will see the theme listed under the
Custom Themes heading. From there, you can:
- Select Edit this Style to edit the theme without downloading it.
- Select Upload/Download Branding to download the theme and edit it on your computer.
Download a branding style
To download a
*.zip file version of a branding style for editing, click
Upload/Download Branding on the main
Branding Editor page. Then, under the
Download a Branding Theme heading, click the
Download link next to the style you want to download.
Note: Only custom themes are available for download. If you do not see the file you want, you should duplicate it first. The duplicate theme will then appear under the
Download a Branding Theme heading.
Editing a downloaded style
Once you have downloaded the style you would like to edit, extract the contents of the file. To accomplish this, use an application such as WinZip® to extract the contents of the file.
Next, change the files to your liking.
- The size of the pictures contained within the
*.zip file must stay the same to maintain the appearance of the style.
- You will need to leave the file names the same, otherwise the server will not know where to place the files in the interface.
Before uploading the files to the server, place them back into a
*.zip file using an application such as WinZip®.
Upload a branding style
To upload a new branding style, click the
Upload/Download Branding button. Click
Browse and select the file from your computer.
- The expected file type is a
*.zip file.
- The file must be less than 0.78 GB.
In the
Theme Name field, type a name for the new style, then click
Upload.
Delete a branding style
You can delete a branding style that you have created. Simply click
Create/Delete Branding on the main
Branding Editor screen. Then, click
Delete next to the branding style you would like to remove from your server.
Note: You will not be able to delete the styles that were installed with Enkompass.
The Branding Editor home screen
The
Branding Editor home screen also displays a number of options for existing styles on your server. You may access a list of up to 3 options below each style on your server, and 1 checkbox above the style.
