Change an Account Password

Using the List Accounts page, you are able to change the password for any of your accounts. This is useful in the event that the password has been lost or compromised.

To change the password:

1. Click the + button corresponding to the account you wish to edit. A hidden menu will open below the account’s row.
2. Enter the new password into the Change Password field.
   • Select Sync MySQL password with account password if you want to use the same password for both services.
   • Select Enable Digest Authentication to enable Digest Authentication support. This option will let you access your Web Desk through a clear text connection or unencrypted connection. This support is required for users with Windows Vista®, Windows® 7, and Windows® 8 operating systems if your server does not have an SSL certificate.
3. Click the corresponding Change button.
