Email All Users

This feature allows you to email every cPanel user simultaneously.

You are also able to send this message to your resellers by clicking the appropriate checkbox below the body of the message. This can be useful, for instance, if your server will be down temporarily for maintenance or if you need to contact users about security issues.

To operate this feature:

1. In the From Name field, enter the name you would like to appear in the email header.
2. In the From Email field, enter the email address you would like to appear in the email header.
3. Enter the subject you would like to use in the Subject field.
4. Type the contents of the body in the large text box below the address information.
5. If you want to send the email to your own customers and to your resellers’ customers, click the checkbox at the bottom of the screen.
6. Click Send.

You can have WHM attempt to guess email addresses for users that have not entered a contact address by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. However, this feature is a deprecated feature that will be removed in the near future.
