Purchase and Install SSL Certificate

This feature will allow you to purchase an SSL certificate for installation directly from WHM. Currently, Trustwave® is the only the certificate authority that you can purchase from using this method.

Note: In order to use the SSL protocol, you must have a dedicated IP address. A dedicated IP address is an unshared IP address, only used by your domain.

To purchase a certificate:

1. Click the Click here to purchase from Trustwave link.
2. Enter the requested contact information.
3. Click Continue.
   • WHM will display the private key and certificate signing request (CSR).
4. Paste the key and CSR into a safe, private file, in case you need to refer to them again.
5. Click Continue.
6. Enter the requested payment information.
7. To order the certificate, click Pay.
