Statistics Status Summary

This screen shows you important information about your server's statistics software.

The first and perhaps the most important piece of information on this screen regards your server’s ability to keep up with the statistics processing schedule, seen in the screenshot below.

You are also able to view the configuration status of your users’ statistics programs:

1. Select All or a specific user account from the User to Display pull-down menu.
2. Click Go.

The resulting screen will display details about each cPanel account’s ability to access each statistical analysis program, as seen in the screenshot below. Use the legend, located above the list, to help you interpret the information.

Account List

Clicking a Details link in the list will allow you to:

• Make the selected statistics program available or unavailable for the account (via Statistics Software Configuration in WHM)
• Enable or disable the selected statistics program for the account (via Choose Log Programs in cPanel)
