This interface allows you to configure or edit the TLS/SSL cipher list for cPanel web services (cPanel, WHM, and webmail).

Warning: Cipher suites are used to negotiate security settings for a network connection using TLS/SSL. Only advanced users should edit the cipher list.

WHM comes preconfigured to use the following cipher list for web services:

ALL:!ADH:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:-LOW:-SSLv2:-EXP

To edit the cipher list:

1. Type the appropriate cipher into the text box.
   • Note: The default cipher list is PCI compliant. If you wish to edit the cipher list to improve the security level on your server, please consult the documentation for SSLCipherSuite Directive at Apache.org. Editing the cipher list to lower the security level is not recommended. The cipher suite should not use less than 128-bit encryption.
2. Click Save.
