Direct

This entire section is for those partners who are currently using yearly or one time licenses. While we do not currently offer one time licenses, you will have the ability to purchase yearly licenses through the Add License feature.

Extend One Time License Updates

This feature allows users with one time licenses to order one-year extensions for software updates.

To order a one-year extension:

1. In the Server Ip Address box, enter the IP address of the server for which you would like to extend updates.
   • You will have a chance to review the extension before it is processed.
2. Click Go.
3. The next screen will allow you to review the details about the update extension.
   • A non-refundable fee will be billed to your account when you extend updates for the server. Please review the amount beforehand.
4. Click Extend Updates.

List Enkompass Licenses

This feature will list Enkompass trial licenses prior to release.

It will also show the Group, Email Address, IP, Start Date and Actions (allowing you to renew a license).

For easier reference, this list is sorted by the Start Date of the license.

• Licenses that are due to be renewed in the next 30 days are highlighted in yellow.
• Licenses that are past the renewal date will be highlighted in red. These licenses need to be renewed in order to prevent the license from expiring.

• You can transfer a license to a new IP address by using the Transfer License feature.

Note: The List Enkompass Licenses feature will be removed when the licenses are no longer available and active.

List Enkompass Licenses w/Priority Support

This feature will list Enkompass trial licenses prior to release with priority support.

It will also show the Group, Email Address, IP, Start Date and Actions (allowing you to renew a license).

For easier reference, this list is sorted by the Start Date of the license.

• Licenses that are due to be renewed in the next 30 days are highlighted in yellow.
• Licenses that are past the renewal date will be highlighted in red. These licenses need to be renewed in order to prevent the license from expiring.

• You can transfer a license to a new IP address by using the Transfer License feature.

List Enkompass one year

List one time

This feature will list active one time licenses associated with your account.

It will also show the Group, Email Address, IP, Start Date and Actions.

For easier reference, this list is sorted by the Start Date of the license, so older licenses will show at the top of the page.

• You can transfer a license to a new IP address by using the Transfer License feature.

List one year

This feature lists active one year licenses associated with your account.

It will also show the Group, Email Address, IP, Start Date and Actions (allowing you to renew a license).

For easier reference, this list is sorted by the Start Date of the license.

Extending updates for a one time license

This feature lists active one year VPS licenses associated with your account.

• Licenses that are past the renewal date are highlighted in red. These licenses need to be renewed in order to prevent the license from expiring.

List three year

This feature lists active three year licenses associated with your account.

It will also show the Group, Email Address, IP, Start Date and Actions (allowing you to renew a license).

List two year

Search Direct Licenses

You may use this feature to search through your licenses by Search Type, License Type, and a Search String.

1. Select a search type.
2. Select a license type.
3. Type the search string into the text box.
4. Click Find.

Search for a Group/Direct Account

You may use this feature to search for an individual Group or Direct Account.

1. Select your search criterion: Email, Account, or Company.
2. Type the search string into the text box.
3. Click Find.

View Enkompass Yearly Renewal Options

This tool allows you to view yearly Enkompass renewal options and renew any existing Enkompass licenses. To use this feature:

1. Enter the IP address corresponding to the license for which you wish to view any renewal options.
2. Select the new package using the New Package pull-down menu.
3. Select the number of accounts the license will host using the Number of Accounts pull-down menu.

The resulting page will display any renewal options you may have for the license you entered on the first page. If you wish to renew the license:

• Click the Select this option link corresponding to the option you wish to use to renew the license.

Using the Renew Link

Clicking Renew in the interface will bring you to the Add Licenses interface. The requisite information will already be filled out for you. Simply follow the process as though you were going to add a license. When you reach a screen that informs you that the IP address is actively licensed:

• Click Click Here for Forced Add to renew the license.

You will then be provided with an invoice, renewal date, and any additional license information.
