Overview

The Contact Customer Support interface allows you to request support from your web host by email. Your web host’s configuration and terms determine whether this function is active. It is important that you know how your web host handles support requests, because it varies from web host to web host.

Note

This interface is different for individual users. This feature depends on how your hosting provider handles support requests. For information about how to submit support requests, contact your hosting provider.

Submit a Support Request

To submit a support request through the cPanel interface, perform the following steps:

  1. Fill out the NameEmailSubject, and Issue text boxes.
  2. Click Submit.

 

Remember

  • Specify the email address at which you wish the technical support staff to contact you. If you do not submit the appropriate email address in the Email text box, support staff may not be able to resolve your issue.

  • Be as clear and concise as you can about your issue. The more information that you provide about your problem, the easier it is for the technical support staff to assist you.
