For cPanel & WHM 11.46

Overview

After you add DNS resolvers and check your system, if you still experience DNS issues, examine your directories and partitions to ensure that you configured them properly.

Remember:

We only develop and test cPanel & WHM on file systems that support flock. Some network file systems (for example, NFS) may require additional configuration in order to function properly.

Examine your file system's configuration

To examine all of the relevant directories and partitions, perform the following steps:

  1. To view information about all of your mounted file systems, run the following command:

    df -h
  2. To view information about the server's available memory, run the following command:

    free -m
  3. To view information about the server’s processing power, run the following command:

    cat /proc/cpuinfo
  4. To view more detailed information about the server’s memory, run the following command:

    cat /proc/meminfo
