Overview
You can change an account’s package with the List Accounts interface. This can be useful when an account holder has changed the account's hosting package.
A package is a set of definitions with which the account must comply.
How to change an account's package
To change an account’s package:
- Click the
+button that corresponds to the account you wish to edit. A hidden menu will open below the account’s row. - Click the Change Plan button. You will be redirected to the Upgrade/Downgrade an Account interface.
- Select the new package.
- To view the package's configuration, select an available package and place your mouse cursor over the magnifying glass icon. A window with the basic package information will appear. See the screenshot below for a detailed view.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade.
