Reseller access
DUCKS-7209: Resellers now see Server Monitoring only if they have root-level access or the new Server Monitoring privilege. The privilege is in the Additional Software section and is disabled by default. This applies to the WHM home page widgets, the navigation link, the Server Monitoring interface, and the 360Monitoring WHM API 1 functions.

- DUCKS-7339: Fixed an issue where removing Server Monitoring could break the system
libeventlibrary on EL9 servers. The monitoring agent no longer installs thelibevent-develpackage. - DUCKS-7339: Upgrading Server Monitoring now also upgrades an outdated monitoring agent.

WebPros Account sign-in
CPCLOUD-4736, CPCLOUD-6309: You can now sign in to Server Monitoring with your WebPros Account. If your email address is linked to a WebPros Account, WHM sends you to the WebPros Account sign-in page. WHM returns you to Server Monitoring when you finish. Other accounts continue to sign in with their email address and password.
cPanel & WHM version 134 required to sign up
CPCLOUD-6307: Signing up for Server Monitoring now requires cPanel & WHM version 134 or newer. On older versions, WHM shows a notice that asks you to update. The notice replaces the Sign Up button. Servers that are already connected to a Server Monitoring account continue to work without changes.
Dashboard updates
CPCLOUD-6309: The Server Monitoring dashboard now adapts to your account type.
Sign-in security improvements
CPCLOUD-6410, CPCLOUD-6411: The sign-in process now checks more strictly that each sign-in request is valid, belongs to your current WHM session, and can be used only once. Sign-in requests expire after 10 minutes. Sign-in now always returns you over the secure port of WHM.
Fixes
- CPCLOUD-6309: Fixed an issue where WebPros Account sign-in failed on cPanel & WHM version 134 when WHM returned from the sign-in page.
- CPCLOUD-6461: Failed sign-ins now log a request identifier in the browser console. This helps support investigate the failure.
- CPCLOUD-6407: Fixed an issue where translated text did not show special characters correctly.
WHM API 1 changes
This release adds the 360Monitoring/webpros_auth_status, webpros_auth_start, webpros_auth_callback, webpros_auth_clear, and webpros_auth_token functions. The webpros_auth_callback function requires an HTTP POST request. Its arguments must be in the request body.

New “Start Monitoring” onboarding experience
DUCKS-5757: We updated how servers set up monitoring. New servers no longer create anonymous accounts automatically. A new “Start Monitoring” button in the top widget allows servers without an anonymous account to set up monitoring on demand. We also removed the existing systemd services used for auto registration.

In cPanel & WHM version 118, we added the Server Monitoring section to the WHM interface. The Server Monitoring section displays statistics and metrics for your server’s performance at a glance. Here you can see details such as CPU Usage, Load Averages, Top Processes and more. For a more detailed view, click View Reports to be taken to the Server Monitoring (Powered by 360 Monitoring interface (WHM » Plugins » Server Monitoring).
