Checking Traffic and Resource Usage

Overview
Check your account’s bandwidth, visitor, and resource usage to understand traffic patterns or see whether you’re approaching one of your plan’s limits. The Performance hub summarizes this usage in metric cards, and each card notes how often its data refreshes. Below the cards, the By Websites tab lists these numbers for each individual site.
Checking bandwidth usage
Check the Bandwidth card to see the total bandwidth your account has used against your plan’s limit. This card updates every two hours.
To see which site is using the most bandwidth, select the By Websites tab. This table lists each of your domains with its bandwidth, visitors, and page hits for the current month, and it sorts domains from highest to lowest bandwidth. Click Manage next to a domain to open it in the Websites hub.
If a site’s bandwidth increases suddenly, check the By Websites tab to confirm which domain is driving the increase before contacting your hosting provider.
Viewing visitor statistics
Check the Visitors card to see two numbers for your account. This card updates daily:
- Hits — The total number of page views across your sites.
- Unique visitors — The number of distinct visitors who accessed your sites.
The By Websites tab lists these numbers per domain in the Visitors and Page Hits columns. Use this information to see which site is drawing the most traffic or to spot unusual visitor activity on a specific domain.
Understanding resource limits
Watch the Bandwidth card’s progress bar to see how close your usage is to your plan’s limit — it changes color as you approach the limit, turning yellow at 75% and red at 90%.
On servers that use CloudLinux, check the Resources card in the Performance hub for CPU usage, memory, I/O rate, and entry processes. This card updates every five seconds.
If you’re approaching a resource or bandwidth limit, your hosting provider can increase it. Contact your hosting provider for upgrade options.
