Order Phone Support

Overview

The Order Phone Support interface allows you to purchase phone support incidents for your Manage2 account. For each incident ordered, Manage2 adds a $65.00 invoice to your account and provides an Incident ID and Incident PIN.

Note:
You cannot purchase more than ten phone support incidents at one time.

Each phone support incident purchased covers as many calls as required to fix a single issue. Phone support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To purchase a phone support incident, perform the following steps:

  1. Enter the number of incidents to purchase in the Number of incidents text box.
  2. Click Order Phone Incidents. The system will direct you to the order confirmation page, which details the invoiced amount, the Incident ID, and Incident PIN numbers added to your account.
