Order Phone Support

The Order Phone Support interface allows you to purchase phone support incidents for your Manage2 account. For each incident ordered, Manage2 adds a $65.00 invoice to your account and provides an Incident ID and Incident PIN.
Each phone support incident purchased covers as many calls as required to fix a single issue. Phone support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To purchase a phone support incident, perform the following steps:
- Enter the number of incidents to purchase in the Number of incidents text box.
- Click Order Phone Incidents. The system will direct you to the order confirmation page, which details the invoiced amount, the Incident ID, and Incident PIN numbers added to your account.
