Phone Support Incidents

Overview

The Phone Support Incidents interface displays information for open and closed phone support incidents.

Open Incidents

The Open Incidents table provides the following information:

  • The Incident number.
  • The PIN number.
  • The Expiration date.
  • The Ticket number.
Note:

The Phone Support Incidents feature is available to initiate a support call. To do this, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Call Support in the Action column.
  2. Enter a phone number for cPanel Support staff to use to call you.
  3. Click Contact Support.

Closed Incidents

The Closed Incidents table provides the following information:

  • The Incident number.
  • The Pin number.
  • The Expiration date.
  • The Ticket number.
