Overview
The WP Toolkit interface allows you to easily install, configure, and manage WordPress® sites on your server.
WP Toolkit is also available in a Deluxe version. To view the differences between WP Toolkit and WP Toolkit Deluxe, read our WP Toolkit documentation.
The system automatically installs the PHP-FPM Service for cPanel Daemons when the WP Toolkit is installed. If WP Toolkit shows as installed, updated, or removed from the server, the system will set the PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons to be Enabled.
- You must install the PHP-FPM Service for cPanel Daemons, which must remain enabled to use the WP Toolkit.
- To install WordPress with the WP Toolkit, you must disable the Allow WordPress sites to send notification emails after installation setting in the WP Toolkit Settings menu if your server uses PHP 8 and you have disabled PHP’s
mail()
function.
Account access
You must enable the following features in WHM’s Feature Manager interface (WHM » Home » Packages » Feature Manager » Feature Lists) for users to run WP Toolkit:
- WP Toolkit
- MySQL
- Subdomains
- MIME Types
- Cronjobs
- Directory Privacy
